Five steps from CSV to synced products

Upload CSV
Start a job with the original price sheet. Uploading does not contact Haravan.

Map columns
Choose the columns for variant ID, new price, and product ID; review the preview.

Generate files
Save a formatted CSV and the price JSON used by the sync.

Sync prices, then products
Run price sync first. Product sync unlocks after every price succeeds.

Review and retry
Check each tracking file and retry failed items from the job page.
Sync stages run as background jobs. Watch queued, running, or failed jobs in Mission Control. Running syncs sends live API requests when API access is enabled.
